There is no shopfront, deliberately. Our technicians work across greater Melbourne rather than dispatching from one depot, which is how we hold 15 minute arrival times across the inner and middle suburbs.
What we will not do
We will not quote low on the phone and revise it on your doorstep. We will not drill a lock that can be picked. We will not sell you hardware you do not need. And if we cannot solve your problem, you do not pay — not a reduced rate, nothing.
